I approached Keith with a view to tackling the following problems   :

A protruding belly, lower back problems, acid reflux and fatigue.

I was pleasantly surprised by Keith’s approach to my problems. Amongst the preliminaries was a stool test (why don’t GP’s ever get us to take this test?) to establish if I had any bacteria related problems. This proved positive with regard to a high level of H Pylori which we focused on bringing to normal levels via dietary  means.

Up until I came to trust Keith, I was extremely afraid of damaging my back with regard to exercise. His expertise and close supervision with regard to strengthening my core has given me the confidence to be doing exercises that I would not otherwise have entertained.

4 months, 2 diet plans and now onto my 3rd exercise regime later I am feeling much improved. I can see my feet clearly when standing upright , have much better energy levels, a stronger core and will soon be back in action on the sports front.

I highly recommend Keith to anyone that really wants to take control of any ailments by treating the source of the problems.
