This 3 month coaching program is designed to banish those unwanted feelings of fatigue, poor sleep and problematic digestive issues. This program provides you with a week by week approach to removing the barriers that are preventing you from feeling at your best.

Environmental factors, poor food choices, under or over exercise, hormone fluctuations and stress can contribute to how your body is currently functioning. Focusing on foods that improve biological function and raise your energy, with little need for lots of expensive supplements and under the guidance of someone who has worked with hundreds of clients with issues such as low energy, poor digestion, anxiety, poor sleep, muscle aches and pains and other issues.

    I had salmonella poisoning when I was seven years old and, as a result, had stomach issues for the next 18 years. I was resigned to the fact I had a useless stomach, suffering on a daily basis from symptoms that were similar to IBS. But I learned to live with it. I went to lots of doctors and specialists, but nobody was able to fix it.
    When I was going through a particularly bad patch with my stomach last year, my sister recommended Keith as an alternative to going to the doctors yet again. And I’m immensely glad she did. From the first session it was clear that Keith has an amazing knowledge of the body, the digestive system and how everything works together.
    Before our consultation appointment, Keith asked me to fill in a comprehensive in-depth questionnaire, which brought up things I’d never have associated with my stomach. When we met, Keith went through the questionnaire results and advised me to make a few, small unexpected tweaks to my diet. I’m thrilled to say I have a ‘new’ healthy stomach! In a matter of weeks, my stomach was better than I can ever remember it being and it has stayed that way. I can’t recommend Keith’s program enough… for anyone who has stomach/digestive issues and is looking for a natural solution, Keith has the answers.

    I was suffering from extreme tiredness, lack of energy, bloating and weight gain. I heard Keith on the radio and what he was saying made a lot of sense to me, so I went to see him. His knowledge of our entire system and how nutrition can influence the body is impressive. Keith encouraged me to read up on related material and do my own research. I adapted my diet according to his suggestions and monitored what was happening. The bloating has gone completely and I feel less tired and have more energy again. The best about the programme is that you don’t need to depend on anyone else but learn how to monitor your body and its reaction and use the tools and knowledge Keith has provided.
    Definitely a programme I can recommend!

    Six months ago I was a mess. I have suffered with IBS symptoms and Endometriosis for as long as I can remember and subsequently have been in and out of doctors and hospital my whole life. Add to that thyroid problems and I was beside myself looking for an answer to my endless bloating, digestive problems, weight gain, fatigue, terrible cycles, foggy head and sleep issues. Within a month of starting with Keith I had eliminated my bloating all together, had control over my digestive issues and was sleeping better. Within three months and I had addressed hormonal imbalances and had the most energy I’ve ever had in my life. Keith has empowered me with his knowledge and expertise to take back control of my body with our weekly chats and endless resources he sends across. I can’t stop singing his praises to friends and family around me and will continue to follow his approach and consult him in the future.

    I wish I had done this long ago! I suffered from a lot of pain during my period as well as bloating for days before. I always believed my diet was very good until Keith had proven me wrong by supplying scientific evidence for each argument he was making. As soon as I started following his recommendations, I noticed improvement and soon enough my problems went away. I almost couldn’t believe it was THAT simple. Very grateful to Keith for sorting me out!
