I've been involved in the health and fitness industry for over 25 years. Starting in the fitness industry in 1995 as a fitness trainer. then as personal trainer and small PT company owner in London. Also working at the Bowskill clinic providing exercise and rehabilitation strategies. In 2005 I decided I didn't like managing people so decided to invest time in rehabilitation, biomechanics and nutrition. Up until 2015  I completed a degree in fitness and health, studied a variety of disciplines in rehabilitation, neuroscience, biology, functional medicine and laboratory testing.

Evolution of my interest in biology

In 2010 I was introduced to the works of Ray Peat and the biological reasoning of scientists like Denis Noble, Albert Szent Györgi, Hans Selye, Katherina Dalton and more. This stoked my interest in areas such as sleep physiology, neuro, cancer and hormone biology and took courses in these areas.

Current research, coaching and seminar services

From 2016-2019 I decided to pursue my interests in endocrinology and completed a post graduate diploma and subsequent MSc in Endocrinology at the University of South Wales. With the great debacle of 2020 I decided to focus solely on hormones, research and coaching, working with clients around the world and producing seminars for those interested. I split my time between these endeavours and pursuing a doctoral research program on the effects of various pollutants on thyroid physiology at the molecular and biochemistry level.
